Cancellation Policy
For Packages:
With package cancellation from your side until 28 days before the booked date we do offer a full refund if domestic flight tickets had not been issued.
For package cancellation from your side until 28 days before the booked date when domestic flight tickets had been purchased, we do refund your deposit after reducing the Airline penalty fee.
With package cancellation from your side between 27 to 8 days before the booked date we do offer a refund after all penalty fees for Airlines, Hotels, Tours & Activities had been deducted.
If you have to cancel within 7 days until the booked date, there will be no refund of your deposit to cover fees of Airlines, Hotels and booked Tours & Activities.
For Balloon Tours:
With cancellation from your side until 8 days before the booked date we do offer a full refund of your deposit payment.
If you have to cancel 7 or less days before the booked date, there will be no refund of your deposit to cover the penalty fees.
